This update in particular introduces new modules focusing on the business launch process, and how that process may look for self-supported consultants with limited resources. To help in these situations, Jeanne shares her personal strategies for promotion and client outreach on a small or even nonexistent budget.
She has chosen to provide this guidance in response to a recent study, which found that nearly 85% of consulting businesses fail within their first two years. Post-mortem analysis reveals that many of these businesses did not take the proper steps to develop a valuable proposal, did not take the time to establish themselves in their niche, or both.
To curb this troubling trend, Jeanne will be bolstering the Business Success Accelerator program throughout the year.
This batch of updates arrives in the form of new pre-recorded content, available in a “learn-at-your-own-pace” format to all participants.
In addition to the new modules, Jeanne has also modified her coaching strategy, and will be available for regular one-on-one meetings to discuss the new course material.
